Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your Buckets and Spades experience and should you change your mind, we will provide a store credit note to the value of the goods purchased (excluding freight) if goods are returned within 14 days. In order for the credit note to be issued, the item must be returned in original packaging, and with all paperwork. Credit Note is valid for 6 months.

Please choose carefully as we don’t exchange or accept returns on sale and discounted items if you change your mind or make an incorrect decision.

If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by ringing +61 03 95921266 or email us and we will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods by Buckets and Spades and the manufacturer. Please include all paperwork.

Exchanges

Buckets and Spades strive to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, please return an item within 14 days for an exchange (Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charge)
