Another way to tell is by watching for signs of wear and tear. If the knees are starting to blow out or the buttons are popping off, it means the clothes are getting too small.

Finally, pay attention to your child's comfort level. If they're constantly pulling at their clothes or complaining that they're too tight, it's time to go up a size.

Products must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase in new, unused/unworn/unwashed condition, with the original swing tags and packaging still attached, and they must be accompanied by the Returns Authorisation number which can be obtained via emailing us. Shoes must also be returned in the original box. The store gift card is valid for 12 months.

Returns won't be accepted if they don't have an authorisation number. Please make sure to include a self-addressed, pre-paid package if you would want to exchange your product because you got the wrong size or colour; otherwise, there will be additional fees.
